Welcoming anyone that wishes to improve their physical ability, learn how to perform efficient movement patterns and build new friendships.
Our outdoor bootcamps use a variety of different training methods to ensure all areas of fitness are covered. Our carefully curated classes are designed to work on overall fitness and each session varies in style with a mix of strength, functional, resistance and endurance training.
MEMBER EVENTS
We like to create friendships within the member community and bring people together through events such as BBQs, summer parties, sports days, Christmas celebrations and more.
