Quick Start Nutrition Targets
To find your nutrition targets:
Select the BF% that is closest to your estimated percentage. Find the reference table that is closest to your body fat percentage estimate, e.g. if you are 17%, use the reference table for 15%.
Note: if you weigh more than 110kg or your body fat percentage estimate ishigher than 40%, use the targets for 110kg or 40% respectively.
